To make your experience with thetuckmonkey.co.uk a smooth and pleasant one please read the terms and conditions carefully. Your use of this website and any subsequent purchases will deem that you have read, understood, and accepted the outlined terms and conditions.
MAKING A PURCHASE
All products must be paid for before dispatch. Payment can be made via our secure paypal checkout with credit or debit cards. Personal cheques and Postal orders can not be accepted. Payment is in UK pounds. Payments from overseas customers will be automatically converted into pounds sterling by their credit/debit card companies. Thetuckmonkey.co.uk is not responsible for any losses made from exchange rates in the event of a refund.
Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This is an automated e-mail and does not guarantee that your order can be fulfilled. You will receive a second e-mail to confirm order and dispatch.
Although every effort is made to ensure high stock levels are maintained occasionally products may be out of stock. Thetuckmonkey.co.uk will notify you via e-mail and you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for our next delivery. Thetuckmonkey reserves the right to substitute any unavailable sweets with an equal or better product. In the event of a multiple product order where 1 or more products are out of stock thetuckmonkey.co.uk will hold the entire order until it can be fully completed (if a cancellation has not been requested).
Thetuckmonkey.co.uk is unable to combine shipments where orders have been made separately to the same address. Each new order is treated as a separate and new order.
Thetuckmonkey.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any order. It may also be necessary to change or discontinue a sweet product. This is done at thetuckmonkey.co.uk's discretion. Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRODUCTS
Thetuckmonkey.co.uk supplies products from the Uk's leading manufacturers, that are of the best quality. We do not stock seconds or out of date products.
Ingredients & allergen information: thetuckmonkey.co.uk provides a list of ingredients for each product. This is taken from the information provided by each manufacturer on their packaging and as such thetuckmonkey.co.uk can not be held responsible for any inaccuracy. Allergen information is again retrieved from manufacturers packaging and for more specific information you should contact the manufacturer directly (thetuckmonmey.co.uk will be happy to inform you of the correct manufacturer for the product).
Due to the process used to pack your orders thetuckmonkey.co.uk can not guarantee that any sweets are 100& free from nuts and nut traces. If you do have a specific allergy and are uncertain about any product be safe and please do not purchase!
The images supplied by thetuckmonkey.co.uk are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make it our aim to supply the brand shown it may be necessary at times to substitute one brand with another. This is however very rare. Pictures are not to scale so if you require size information please contact thetuckmonkey.co.uk and any questions will be happily answered.
PRICES
thetuckmonkey.co.uk believes in offering sweet products at competitive prices. It is endeavoured to ensure that all prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error occuring the incorrect price will not be honoured and you will be contacted to either accept the new price or request an order cancellation.
All prices are in Uk pounds sterling only.
DELIVERY
Thetuckmonkey.co.uk currently uses Royal mail to ship orders. The methods used are 1st class, 2nd class, special delivery and standard parcel post. Please allow sufficient delivery time if sweets are needed for an important event as thetuckmonkey.co.uk will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery due to the actions of a third party.
Overseas customers may be liable to pay import/tax duties on their orders when they are delivered. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
