Contract for the Supply of Goods

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and ondeckshop.com unless, and until, an email is sent by ondeckshop.com to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by ondeckshop.com of your offer to buy goods from ondeckshop.com and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
ondeckshop.com are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Processing of orders
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock.
Some items may be unavailable.
We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by ondeckshop.com
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 17.5%.
Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from ondeckshop.com
Limitation of Liability

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, ondeckshop.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify ondeckshop.com of the problem in writing to us here within 7 days of delivery of the goods. (please state your Order No.)
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
You should check that all the items listed on the dispatch note match those contained in your package. If they do not, please email support@ondeckshop.com with your order details.
ondeckshop.com does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the ondeckshop.com website or for any products purchased from the ondeckshop.com website. ondeckshop.com will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on ondeckshop.com to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Governing Law
All purchases from ondeckshop.com are subject to United Kingdom Law.
