Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your choice, but we realise that sometimes it can be difficult to buy on the web. For that reason we offer the chance to return unwanted goods.
Our products come with a 10 day no quibble guarantee to replace or refund your purchase, excluding specially ordered items, sale items and earrings ( for hygiene reasons ). If the product is not suitable for any reason or it does not meet your expectations then please e- mail sales@micajewellery.co.uk before posting back the item(s), stating the reason for returning them and if you would like a replacement or full refund. Please include your order number.
All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging and with the special mica tags intact. For refunds of wedding jewellery we require a copy of the wedding invite to validate that items have not been worn. Any returned items must be received by us within this time so please allow for the goods to reach us.
As per normal terms delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they are not in their original condition, and/or labels have been detached and the items have been worn.
Faulty Items
All products are covered for up to 30 days. Please include a note with your details and order number and details of the fault. We reserve the right to replace or repair the items. If this is not possible we will refund the item to your card.
To Cancel an Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, please either telephone or email us with the order number and your instruction to cancel.
If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we can then refund the credit card.
This above returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
