We want to make sure that your Stetsbar purchase goes smoothly so, in order to make sure that we supply the right unit, please enter the make and model of your guitar when you place your order. Non-standard special orders are also available - contact us directly by phone or email.
Our prices are inclusive of UK VAT but we ship VAT free to destinations outside the EU. Shipping charges are dependant upon your location. As an example, UK Next Day Business post is currently £6.70, European Registered Airmail is £9.00 (Telecaster models cost slightly more).
We do not take payment from you until we have your item ready to ship. Payment can be made through the shop by cheque (allow 4 working days to clear), Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
