Delivery
If your selected items are in stock we try to ship your order on the next working day. Please allow 7 days for your order to arrive. At busy times during July, August & September, this may extend to 21 days. If your order has not arrived within 14 days (21 days in August or September) please contact us quoting your name and unique order number. Payment will not be charged until at least part of your order has been dispatched.
Postage and packing costs:
Each item you purchase will be weighed and the cost of packaging and postage will be added to your total bill. Current Royal Mail/Parcelforce charges will be used.
Our Service to You
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any product, you may do so by returning it in an unworn, clean condition, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us on 0208 521 2413 within 7 days. Remember to include the completed returns form which accompanied your delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price. If you cannot find this form, please include your name, order number, School and your email address. Return postage is payable by you and a proof of posting receipt should be obtained as we cannot be held responsible if items are lost in the post.
Confirmation of order received
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. You will also receive a unique order number, please retain this and quote it at all times, as it will help us to answer any questions quickly and accurately.
Data protection and credit card security
We conform to all the requirements of the Data Protection Acts and our credit card processing is by 128bit encryption.
Items not in stock
Occasionally items shown on this website as 'in stock' may be sold in our shops and therefore if any chosen item is temporarily not in stock, we will be happy to order it for you. You are free to cancel this portion of your order if you do not wish to wait. We will advise you of the expected delivery date when we dispatch your order.
Faulty items
It is possible for incorrect or faulty items to be accidentally supplied. If this happens please notify us immediately and return the goods as in returns above for a full refund or supply a replacement. In this case, postage costs will be met by us, but a proof of posting receipt must be obtained as we cannot be held responsible if items are lost in the post.This does not affect your statutory rights.
