HOW TO SHOP
Online shopping with us is easy. Just click on either the picture or the description of your chosen catagory. You will then see the full range on offer,if you then click on either the photo,or the small description you will then see more details & photo's. You can choose the size & colour from the drop down box.
Then you have the option to add your choice to the cart. You can abandon the cart at any time should you make a mistake.
Once you are happy with your purchase you must choose your delivery from the drop down box. You will then be directed to the final stage of paying for your goods.
PAYMENT
If you are a customer within the UK you can choose to make payment through your excisting paypal account,or you can pay using any credit/debit card. Both of these methods are safe & secure.
You can also forward your payment by cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque,your item will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
All other countries paypal & card payment only.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Classified,X2X and Leg Avenue fancy dress costumes, lingerie and accessories are always in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
The new Dreamgirl 2008/2009 fancy dress costume collection is not available for the next day delivery service. We aim to dispatch in stock items within 1-3 days, out of stock items will be placed on a forward order and could take 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you would like confirmation of stock availability prior to placing your order, you can telephone our sales team on 01388-762205.
DELIVERY & POSTAGE
Next day delivery is available mon-thu, providing the transaction has completed before 1.00 o'clock. The charge for this service is £5.00. UK mainland only. This service is not available on the Dreamgirl collection.
Worldwide postage is available. Your item will be dispatched via air mail "international signed for" discreet packaging is always used.
A tracking number will be emailed to you.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
7 day money back gaurantee.
Although we do understand that you may want to inspect your garment for suitability,we do ask that you do not remove any labels or tags until you are 100% happy with your purchase.

If you are unsure of your exact size please email prior to your purchase for measurements.
The refund amount will be that of the original purchase price including postage.
You the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost. It is advisable to use a trackable return postage.
All garments which include intimate items of lingerie are excempt from this guarantee, for hygiene reasons.
Please return the item in it's original un-used condition including all tags/labels & packaging.
