Terms and Conditions
Dispatch Times: We aim to ship your order within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
Items lost in the mail: For items reported as lost in the mail, we will require the Royal Mail T&C's to be followed. This states that for domestic mail, an item is not considered lost until 15 working days from the date of mailing has passed. Therefore you will be required to wait 15 working days. For a refund/replacement to be issued, you will also be required to complete a Loss form from ourselves. Royal Mail also may require you to fill in a similar form.
Please note should any loss occur from the provision of an incomplete/wrong address on your payment then a refund/replacement will not be issued. In these circumstances, should the package be returned to us, then we will immediately arrange for the package to be sent to the correct address. This cost of redelivery will be met by you, the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
All refunds/exchanges must be arranged by prior agreement.
We must be notified by email within 7 days of item receipt of your intent to return. Items must be returned to us initially at your cost.
Faulty.
Items may be returned if they are faulty. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to determine the fault details. If we agree that it is faulty then we will also refund the cost of return postage.
Any Other Reason.
Items may be returned for any reason for a refund/exchange. If the item is not faulty then the cost of return postage must be met by you, the buyer.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
You can usually expect to receive your item/s within 7 days of payment if you are in the United Kingdom and within 14-21 days if you live outside the United Kingdom. These delivery times are subject to cheque clearance and public holidays. Should a delay occur due to postal strikes, please refer to announcements from Royal Mail and allow 28 days for delivery (UK only).
