Delivery and Returns
Delivery to UK mainland only.
Standard 14 day returns process applicable on goods that are found to have a fault upon delivery, or within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Upon receipt of the product businessphones ltd will inspect to verify the fault. Providing there is a fault on the product and providing the product is complete and in the condition it was when the product was dispatched, a full credit will be raised for the product and the cost of the return to businessphones ltd.
If no fault is found on the product or the product is incomplete/not in the condition that it was dispatched, businessphones ltd will not issue a full credit. In this case businessphones ltd will consider a credit value based upon the current market price of the product (if still in new condition); or if the product is incomplete will offer a price based upon the market price of the product and the market price of replacing the missing parts/components.

Products falling outside of the 14 day return window that have ceased to function are covered by the manufacturer warranty. The product can be sent to businessphones ltd using the same address as above for manufacturer warranty repairs. The standard manufacturer warranty is applied in these cases.
