This service is simple, from only £9.99 per workstation & £65 per server per month.
Unlimited Remote IT Support 24/7. Users log a fault either via email or telephone. We will then access the problem area by remote login. 98% of all out IT support problems are fixed this way. On average your IT Support repair is finished within 15 mins of logging the fault.
When you have an IT support system failure that cannot be repaired remotely. We will be at your Business within 4 hours to either replace or repair the item. You get a preferential Hourly Rate of only £60 per hour (plus Parts)
On-Site Support Package
IT Support for only £16 per month per workstation plus £85 per server. Unlimited Remote IT Support 24/7 as above ‘as well as’
